Our advertising Mission
Jorisa undertakes to provide a professional and effective advertising service to all of its clients. We hereby outline the terms and conditions under which we provide this advertising service.
Payment
Your advertising campaign with Jorisa will only be executed upon or after receipt of required payment which is subject to your preference in the current advertising packages. Advertising payments are to be paid in advance by direct debit or internet transfer.
Indemnity
We accept advertising based on your representation that you have the right to publish and display the content. You agree to indemnify Jorisa against any expense, liability, claim or loss that results from any claims arising out of online publication and display of your advertising.
Right of refusal
All creative materials are subject to the final approval of the webmaster and owner of Jorisa. We will reject any creative material that we believe to be inappropriate for the Jorisa audience or that does not comply with our technical specifications.
Registration and Updates of details
Registration of advertising and updates to listing details are to be made by the advertiser online. In the event that an advertiser is unable to complete registration details online, Jorisa will accept and process a manual (by fax or email) registration/update to information request in which case the advertiser must supply all relevant details by means of fax or email.
Cancellation notice
Send us cancellation and/or modification notices in writing. In the case of cancellations, no refund is payable.
Limitation Liability
Jorisa will not be liable for delays in publishing, delivery, non-delivery, or other errors as a result of events beyond our control including Acts-of-God, actions by any government entity, fire, flood, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes, labour or material shortage, transportation interruption, Internet or communications failure.
Withdrawal of advertisement
Jorisa reserves the right to withdraw client advertising in the event of non-payment. The client's advertisement will be re-instated after proof of payment has been received along with a R150.00 administration fee for re-instatement of advertisement.
We conduct business with our clients under the above Terms and Conditions. We are not bound by conditions printed or appearing on instructions by advertisers which conflict with these Terms and Conditions without our express written consent.
All advertising rates are subject to change without notice, but existing advertisements will never be affected.
